The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Customers must share:
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the outer box
Photos of the invoice/bill
These details are mandatory for verification.
Resolution for Damaged / Incorrect Items
Products are not eligible for refund due to minor or partial damage
If a manufacturing or delivery issue is verified:
A new replacement product will be manufactured and shipped, subject to availability
Returned courier shipments are not accepted
Refund Policy
Refunds, if approved, will cover product cost only
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support. Self-cancellation is not available.
