At Usha Mart, we follow a clear and structured return and refund process to ensure transparency and fairness for both customers and operations.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are allowed only within 24 hours of delivery

  • A return request must be raised by email within this time window

  • Products are made to order

  • No returns or refunds for size or design preference

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In case of a damaged or incorrect product:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Customers must share:

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Photos of the outer box

    • Photos of the invoice/bill

These details are mandatory for verification.


Resolution for Damaged / Incorrect Items

  • Products are not eligible for refund due to minor or partial damage

  • If a manufacturing or delivery issue is verified:

    • A new replacement product will be manufactured and shipped, subject to availability

  • Returned courier shipments are not accepted


Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if approved, will cover product cost only

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

    Order Cancellation  Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support. Self-cancellation is not available.
